Poster guidelines

There will be numbered tack boards that will match the poster number you will be assigned at the registration desk. Attach your poster on the board that matches your poster number. Tack boards are 4’ x 4’ (121cm x 121cm) and posters must be attached to board with pushpins that will be available on each board.

While there are no size requirements, the maximum poster size should not be larger than the board’s dimensions.

Posters can have a portrait or landscape layout as long as it is not larger than the dimensions listed above.
