Oral presentation guidelines

Oral presentations will have 20 minute timeslots. 15 minutes for presentations and 5 minutes for questions.

Please make your presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or as a PDF file.

If your presentation includes videos, make sure that you package the video files together with the presentation file to avoid clips not playing.

Presentations should be loaded on the laptop at least half a day before your session to avoid technical issues when presenting.

AV equipment

• The workshop room will be equipped with a PC laptop running Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
•  
• Video data projector which can handle both aspect ratios, 3:4 and 16:9

• Full audio capability for presentations with sound

• Wireless microphone

• Laser pointer
